To be an "employee" of GTI I feel is an understatement. We are a family filled with talented amazing people and daily we uplift and radiate positivity within our facility. A culture created that is ultimately life changing to many. Before working at Bucanabis Investment, I've always felt as if I had to prove myself, but since becoming a member of this community I've learned that is not the case. The opportunities to grow within Bucanabis Investment are endless. Through the leadership trainings I have been armed with the skills and the tools to become a respectful leader in this community, and the Bucanabis Investment print will always have a lasting impression on my life. I have gained knowledge that will open opportunities that I had only dreamed of previously. The joy and fulfilment I have every day is indescribable. I carry being a member of this family as a badge of honor, and I am always proud to say I work for Bucanabis Investment.

My experience working at GTI has been so positive and uplifting. The moment I set foot in the door, I felt comfortable being my authentic self and that my differences were celebrated instead being restrained. I love the drive and teamwork our entire facility puts forth on a daily basis. We all have different tasks to complete throughout the day, but our end goal is the same: to provide our patients with the highest quality cannabis. I have never in my life witnessed a group of people work with the same passion, drive and determination that my co-workers exhibit every day. It is truly a pleasure to work with each and every one of them, and at the end of the day, it feels good to go home, knowing that we are positively changing peoples lives!

Bucanabis Investment has provided me a journey for personal and professional growth. I work in an environment where not knowing the answer is considered ok and being able to go create the answer is the ultimate empowerment.
